We all know that processed food is bad, soda drinks are bad, non organic fruits and veggies are bad, sugary products are bad and everything with the word “Diet” written on it is bad, mkay. But wait, what to buy for groceries, isn’t that everything there is? Should we starve to death or grab our wooden spear and go hunting by ourselves?
Just chill, you don’t need to become Conan to survive. There are still some products that are good for our health believe it or not and we can buy them.

Almost every supermarket has an organic isle where every organic product chills. Make sure you buy organic food, fruits and veggies and that they are fresh and pesticide free. The price on organic food is a little higher but it’s better to spend money on healthy food than on drugs. When you buy fruits and veggies rinse them for 5 minutes to make sure they are clean.
There is no better breakfast than scrambled eggs, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and yogurt. This is my number 1 meal to start the day or cure a hangover. Eggs are healthy because they are rich in Protein, Vitamin B2, Vitamin A, Calcium, Phosphorus, Lecithin and Iron. You can eat them boiled, scrambled, or fried.
The rule is one glass per day. I know, nobody drinks just one glass of wine and that’s not a big deal because there are many benefits wine will give you, and dancing is not one of them. Wine is considered to be the drink of The Gods and this title comes because of wine’s benefits. It is proven that wine Slows brain decline, Lowers the risk of colon cancer, cataracts, stroke, type 2 diabetes and heart diseases. Of course, too much of anything is not healthy.
