As a Life Coach and a fanatic of working out, I strongly recommend daily exercise.
30 to 45 minutes, 5 days a week is all you need to boost your happiness, confidence, health and energy. That’s a total of 3 hours per week. You probably waste 2 times this amount scrolling on Facebook.
