1. Meditate at least 15 minutes.
When you go through out your day it’s really easy to lose your mind in trivial worries and unnecessary stress. Meditation is your mini vacation from this. After you come home from work, or right after you exercise, meditate for 15 minutes.
2. Laugh for at least 15 minutes per day in total.
If you don’t laugh at least once per day, than what the hell are you doing? Most people think laughter should be given only to the funniest of jokes and in the happiest of times. Lower your bar. Laughter is free. Laugh as much as you can, daily.
3. Exercise at least 15 minutes.
Exercise is seen as a hard task that you need a lot of time for. But an exercise can be a simple walk with a slightly faster pace than usual. Try to exercise every day, ideally in the mornings, for at least 15 minutes. Walk, run, do simple exercises.
4. Plan for tomorrow for 15 minutes.
When you have couple of goals for tomorrow and a plan of how to execute them, you have a clearer idea of how your day will go. This takes a lot of stress from your back. You can plan, organize and do things in advance so you do everything on time.
