Roseanna Colabella is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her holistic approach to coaching. Here is what she said.
Name: Roseanna Colabella
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who is willing to improve their lifestyle.
How they can help: She helps you identify the lifestyle choices that no longer benefit you and guide you to change them for ones that do.
The pandemic has been difficult to maneuver through, yet there have also been very joyous moments.
The Pandemic affected my clients in many ways.
In the beginning, I lost many clients when I closed my office.
The pandemic leads me to pivot to a digital platform with my practice.
Patience.
Not only patience for the external world but for my inner world as well.
Being patient as things changed, being patient as things didn’t change.
I kept thinking of the quote from Bruce Lee “Be like water”.
I started coaching just before the pandemic, I have been a holistic health practitioner for over a decade and decided my skillset would be better utilized as a coach.
The biggest obstacle is actually many small obstacles compounded.
I grew up poor in a big city and I am a BIPOC woman.
I persevered to become the person I am today thanks to the love and support of my family and libraries being my sanctuary.
I take a holistic, client centered approach.
My unique angle being the resources that have influenced me and that’s what I bring to my clients.
My approach is unique because I consider everything to be a lifestyle choice, and once we identify the choices that no longer serve us we can begin to make changes to our lifestyles.
My clients get the benefit of working with an organized problem solver which in turn simplifies their plan of action.
I use many tools gathered from both modern science and ancient wisdom.
Radical self care is a lifestyle! Self care is a revolution!
The greatest lesson of my life: failure is a learning lesson.
I’m not afraid to fail because I know it means growth.
Empowering people to take care of themselves, be compassionate with themselves, and sharing tools to create healthier and sustainable lifestyles is my legacy.
I want to share knowledge so that everyone who is lost or confused can feel seen and heard and take on their own challenges with moxie.
