Dr. Dolores Fazzino is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her energetic approach to healing the deeper issues, even though she comes from a medical background she focuses on the energetic root cause instead on just the physical symptom. That’s not usual for a doctor, but we are happy that more and more people awaken to the greater picture. Here is what she said.
Name: Dr. Dolores Fazzino
Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to achieve inner peace, be more present and align with their inner wisdom.
How they can help: She helps you find your own intuition, release negative energy, heal emotional wounds and realign with your real self.
Thanks for asking! I am doing very well during these interesting and uncertain times. For me it was a time of hibernation, inward discovery, creativity, and growth.
I call the pandemic the Great Reset. It has allowed people to get of the Doing Go Round of life, you know, the automatic, reactive mode that just keeps on going.
We realize keeping up the pace of this was not getting us anywhere, and was causing more stress, poor health, and lack luster wellness.
The coronavirus pandemic effected people in different ways.
For my clients the biggest concern was the fear of the unknown, getting drawn into the media frenzy, and not knowing what to do. My focus has been to create certainty in an uncertain world.
For me, it has been more of the same. I have spent much time observing what has been occurring around me, as my focus was to remain certain in my sovereignty and be certain within myself, as the world unraveled in uncertainty.
People tend to be uncomfortable when things are uncertain, it’s as if there is no reference point for them to relate to.
Biggest lesson I learned in the pandemic is that no matter what was happening, I was going to be alright.
The other reminder was how precious life is, and things can change moment to moment. Live life without regrets.
I have been in the healthcare industry for over 40 years as a young adult after witnessing the miraculous healing of my father’s 10 year health crisis with a spiritual healer, I changed my area of study from classical musician to becoming a nurse.
I knew it was my life’s mission to share with the world the possibilities of healing with non traditional medicine modalities.
Throughout my career I have observed that people get sicker than they ever have been and western medicine is in a conundrum as to why they do not get better.
I focus on going deeper with clients, allow my intuitive abilities to assist in their healing so that they can have lasting health and true wellness. I have been doing this work since 1994.
My biggest obstacle that I had to overcome was the fear of confrontation.
I am pleased to say that I have come to enjoy the opportunity to confront situations and people, BRING IT ON!!
I attribute this to the wisdom I learned through the many different experiences both personally and professionally I had.
I also feel as we know who we are, become comfortable with ourselves, and love yourself immensely, confrontation is an act of self care for oneself. It is sticking up, speaking your truth, and honoring yourself.
Great question! I innovate with my clients by empowering and teaching tools to trust their intuition, that inner wisdom within each of us.
It is so very important to trust yourself, particularly as we are in very uncertain times during this rather interesting time with the pandemic.
Trusting your inner wisdom is a lost art. For too long people have given their power away to something outside of themselves for their happiness, well being, and their health decisions.
Often, when we look outside of ourselves for the answers, we may make some gains, yet temporary. As we go within, connect with our inner wisdom, we are tapping into our innate knowledge that has all the right answers for us. These answers may not be for others, and they are for us.
It’s not about telling them what to do, it’s about showing them the way, have them make it their own, and relying on their inner wisdom to make their decisions.
What’s unique about my coaching approach is forming a trusting, compassionate connection with my clients.
I tap into my intuition as they share their story and concerns.
Many have called me an “energy whisperer” since my secret sauce is the ability to intuitively unravel the energetic discord of unexperienced emotions, trapped emotions, limiting thoughts, beliefs, and lack of connectedness to their inner wisdom, and make sense out of it, assist in realigning it, and giving my clients simple and practical tools to assist them to create lasting health and true wellness.
Some of the benefits clients get after working with me are more clarity, heightened awareness, more intuitive expansion, peace of mind, more physically present in their physical bodies, calmness, being valued respected, honored, and appreciated.
Yes, those that I have formulated from my personal life and those I have used in my profession as a nurse practitioner.
I believe that it is important to keep tools very simple so that they are easy to remember, and easy to do. I believe that less is definitely more.
There is a crisis happening that is not being addressed. The “elephant in the room” is that people are not experiencing their emotions and trusting their intuition.
Not trusting yourself and your intuitive and unexpressed emotions are affecting their ability to heal. In order to experience intuition and your emotions, you have to be in your body.
When you are not in your body you are disconnected from your emotions and your intuitive guidance. Our intuition is our own personal inner guidance system to make the right decisions for ourselves and our body, if we follow it.
When we do not, we are disconnected from our body.
Thus far the greatest lesson I have learned in my life is how important communication is.
It is not words, its energy.
Everything is energy. It is how the message is delivered… Was it kind? Was it reactive? Was it necessary?
There is an art to doing this, it’s about tapping into your inner wisdom, and speaking from your heart.
We all are on our own unique journey in life.
Learning to love, honor, respect and trust yourself are foundational aspects reconnecting with your inner knowingness.
We are in a renaissance of reconnecting with ourselves…let’s face it, the longest relationship you will ever have in life is the one with yourself, make it an awesome one!
