We are doing well.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Yes and No. Sometimes it has and other times, it didn’t.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Keep life simple and Help as many people as possible. Life is short!

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

After working for 13 years with various Fortune 500 companies globally, I started my training, consulting and coaching business.

However, I formally started coaching leaders only since a year. I am currently completing my PCC, ICF Certification.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I currently live in Pondicherry which is a small town close to Chennai, India. Hence, there is not much scope to do business here.

However, I have managed to still scale up my business by working digitally, and in fact, now I am connected with people across the globe as well.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I customize for each of the leaders, however, I focus on helping them increase their team performance, scale up their profits and finally get them the time freedom they always wanted.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I offer a personalized program that is impact based and ensures a certain result my client wants.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They are able to achieve the results they wanted but couldn’t do it on their own.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes. We have a few tools that help me work with my clients in a better manner.
