Rachel White is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her vast experience. She had a broad path, from a practical nurse to becoming spiritual teacher, speaker and a licensed coach. She is making a unique approach for each of her clients to meet their needs. But most importantly, she impressed us with her dedication to really make a positive change in the world. Here is what she said.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
My family and I are doing well in these Pandemic times. We are maintaining our health and wellness.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The coronavirus pandemic did affect my clients by limiting their time and budget, this of course did affect me a little. Being a Nurse really help me a lot.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The biggest lesson lessons that I learned in this pandemic is to embrace your journey, live in the moment, love, and enjoy your family, friends, and neighbors as you pursue your goals.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
In 1994, I became a Licensed Practical Nurse. I worked in varied entities, including Psych/NB Mental Health.
In 2005, I started a non profit, outreach entity for spiritual growth and development.
In 2017, I studied with the John Maxwell Team and became a Certified Speaker, Coach and Trainer. I also worked with the Empowerment Mentoring Group to enhance my personal and professional development.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest obstacle that I had to overcome in my life that made me who I am today, is learning to communicate and connect with people.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I innovate with coaching my clients by offering free discovery calls so that I can assess their needs and desires. I send out messages that resonate with me so that the right attraction comes to me.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My coaching approach is unique because I meet people where they are. I have compassion to walk alongside my clients while gently encouraging and offering vital knowledge and information that can help.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
After working with me, my clients get revelation knowledge and understanding, wisdom and enlightenment along with increased emotional intelligence, especially self awareness. So that they can live life more vibrantly.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use licensed materials from JMT (John Maxwell Team) such as books, masterminds, lunch n’ learns, and my experience and testimonials to be efficient with my clients.

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
If I had a megaphone to speak that, when I speak into, the whole world would hear my message, I would say:
“Embrace your journey of life as you pursue your goal because who you are becoming is the ultimate goal so that you can qualify to do it.”
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I have learned in my life is to stay aware of the Creator of the Universe and His presence and keep the faith, patience and love in my heart and mind.
Your final thoughts?
My final thoughts, I believe that now is the set time for light to arise in a darkened world. I am willing to step up and step out. Our humanity needs it desperately.
