Julie Little is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her spiritual wisdom and dedication to her work. Her approach is customized to each client. She creates programs that fit her clients’ needs. Probably the biggest advantage she has is listening with her heart, it enables her to create a deep connection with each client. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Julie Little:
Name: Julie Little
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Busy business women who want to live happier, richer and more peaceful lives.
How they can help: By using customized approach and programs designed to fit each client’s needs, listening with her heart, mindfulness.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
We are doing fine during these challenging times.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
We felt isolated during the Pandemic and networking was virtually impossible.
I did not get to expand my coaching business. We managed and did as much as we could through Zoom.
Today my husband and I are very grateful to be healthy and together with healthy young adult children.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
During this pandemic, I have learned that we are all so interconnected!
We help each other just by who we are and how we live.
I learned that our ‘home’ is within and sometimes, we need to be there for ourselves in the best way possible.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I am a life coach for women whose business life does not leave them time or energy for the business of doing what they love!
I was a teacher for 35 years, and a single mom.
I became a life coach a few years ago to help women like me to build a fulfilling life that had more joy and happiness.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
My biggest obstacle… I feel like it was trying to grow up and become a functioning adult. I didn’t have much support.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I create programs that fit my clients needs. I do 1:1, small groups, and even 1 day VIP days as well as speak and share my story in my book.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My coaching approach… maybe 2 things.
The level of listening with my heart so that I connect to your heart.
And my Thich Nhat Hahn practice as a Buddhist practitioner who sees his mindfulness and all that goes with it can make our life experiences richer.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients have richer more peaceful lives that can allow happiness in and give them a way to do the same for others as they live their best lives.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I speak with my clients on Zoom each week, and I meet them on a soul level so that I can channel their best way forward. And I listen to their deepest desires as these become known.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Happy women will change the world!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
To stand up for myself, my growth and happiness. If I don’t, no one will.
Your final thoughts?
So many women are just getting by, doing for others, and going to bed exhausted and depleted. It’s time for a change. Step off the Merry Go Round, let’s live!
