Her expertise is in relationship coaching, especially couples who want to improve the intimacy and connection in their relationship.
She is 150% devoted to her clients, she creates a safe place of love and kindness for communication where they can fully express their needs and wants, she offers support and life long friendship even after the coaching is done. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Juliana Valois:
Name: Juliana Valois
Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to improve the intimacy and connection in their relationship.
How they can help: Through guidance, active listening, and support.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
We did pretty well even if there were times when we needed to go out a bit.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
They got anxious and depressed at the same time. Lost or gained weight. It was hard.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
We can always take the bad situations to learn something positive and be better persons for ourselves and for others.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’m a registered nurse and massotherapist but I don’t attend in hospitals anymore. So I decided to go through a Coaching course and fell in love.
I’m also an entrepreneur so I can’t stand being left with nothing to do.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
I had to face myself and meet with my responsibilities in life.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
We call it Coaching with heart and soul. I treat my clients with as much love and empathy as I can.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I guess it’s a careful hearing, to listen deeply, especially for what is not said with words.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Friendship and support, not just as a professional.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes. I have some specific tools from my Coaching school.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Look at other’s eyes today, say good things today, love and spread love and care for people, animals and the planet today, be a positive person today and always.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
We must not be judgmental.
We don’t know everything or everybody’s stories. Most of the times people are asking for help without knowing how to ask properly.
Your final thoughts?
I say that I can talk about my life as before and after Coaching.
I discovered my real purpose of helping as many people as I can including me.
