Suzanne Fensin is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her unique approach.

She sees potential where others don’t. She sees the best in people and helps them change their perspective to see the hidden greatness within.

We all have a special purpose for being here, and she helps her clients discover what that is.

She is using a little known and ancient process to help her clients connect with the sound codes in their name and align with their Soul Purpose in life. Here is what she said.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My life was completely shaken as I had to completely re invent my business from personal 1 on 1 coaching to 100% online with both 1 on 1 and group coaching programs.

It was stressful with a steep learning curve and uncertainties, but my life is in a better place now.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I definitely saw an increase in confusion, fear, and depression amongst my clients.

I had my moments of confusion also, but I relied on my intuition and soul connection which helped me see the situation from a greater perspective, thus enabling me to use the time to build and grow and I encouraged this in my clients also.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Always trust your intuition.

Don’t let others take your power.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have always been that person that total strangers feel comfortable sharing their personal stories.

There’s always so many treasures I love to see in that person’s experience.

I see potentials where others don’t, and I love to share what I see to shift their perspective and empower them to make the changes necessary to attain that soul level potential.

I had lived my life based on family and cultural expectations which were to be a corporate manager with the nice salary and benefits.

I was completely dis illusioned by the actual corporate experience.

My fellow employees were miserable, and they came to me for help.

I saw so much potential being wasted because they were bullied, weren’t given the opportunity to thrive in their jobs, and they felt they had little choice in changing their situation.

The heartbreak of working in dysfunctional companies and the desperation of fellow employees increased my stress to the point of complete collapse.

From that collapse, and a lot of self work to see that these situations were a mirror of my own not living up to my potential, I realized I was holding onto what was expected of me, and what was safe.

A big change was needed.

That realization opened space for synchronicities that aligned with this new potential.

My life became magical, and within a few weeks, I was led to a coaching certification program.

With a lot of courage, I left the corporate world to start my own coaching business and I found even more joy with helping clients see their own potential and claim their empowerment.

That was over 20 years ago and I’m still loving the richness and celebrating each success of seeing the light in my client’s eyes as they realize they are so much more than they had previously given themselves credit for, and then supporting them through the wobbly stage of standing up for their true selves and taking those steps through personal discovery and changing their lives, sometimes in very drastic ways.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

As a sensitive child, I shut down emotionally to survive a traumatic environment.

That shutting down set up intense stress, dysfunction and disease in my body, which ultimately contributed to my complete collapse.

This was a major energetic blockage which doctors couldn’t see on their scans and tests, so I had to learn why I was so sick and how to overcome this invisible illness.

It took years, and I’m still working on it, but with my own self growth comes synchronicities and tools that are greatly assisting this multi layered healing process.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

To understand one’s life and their challenges and successes, I go directly to the individual’s soul plan or soul purpose.

The soul plan is the driving force of the potential so I utilize a little known and ancient process which connects the individual with the sacred sound codes in their name.

We all have these codes which represent our life purpose, the challenges we are here to work through, the talents we use to help transmute those challenges, and the goals our soul seeks for us to achieve in this lifetime.

This is the soul blueprint.

It is the unique solid foundation from which the individual can confidently build the life they desire.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Being seen and validated is important for my clients.

I have found that cookie cutter coaching programs don’t always address this need, so I discover what is most important for each and coach with a high degree of intuition, compassion, and nurturing, with an eye on their overall potential and soul plan.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Validation and a whole new perspective of who they are, why they are here, and confidently moving forward to knowing and being comfortable with who they are and how to create their life with grace.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Discovering the sound codes in client’s names instantly gives a blueprint of that soul’s purpose which encompasses their challenges, talents and goals.

This opens the way to discover even more of what the client needs to be whole and discovering the best way to work with those needs to create the life they desire.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Don’t be afraid to do the work to uncover your true self so you can thrive.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Set boundaries around toxic people and situations.

Trust and honor who you are at your core. If it doesn’t feel good, that’s your intuition telling you it’s not for you.

Your final thoughts?

Our world is changing rapidly in ways we can’t conceive of.

Having a coach to help you through navigating these changes is necessary.

We are all going to have to make even more pivots in the coming times, but to do that gracefully and with the vision it will take to create the world of our dreams, we will need to go within to discover our truth and clear our blockages.

When we focus on our own self work, that assists the collective make expansive jumps in consciousness which is what is needed now.
