Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and contribution to her field of study.
She is studying and applying Psychosynthesis for over 27 years. She has written 54 books so far, published several dozen scientific articles, and appeared at many scientific conferences in Poland and around the world.
Her approach to health is unique and revolutionary. She says that most of our sicknesses in the world come from some type of trauma that we have left unresolved. More precisely childhood trauma. And unlike others who also state the same thing but have nothing to back it up, she is approaching this subject from a highly scientific standpoint.
She claims to have deciphered many diseases of civilization, including fibromyalgia, coronary heart disease, gastric and duodenal ulcers. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Ewa Danuta Bialek:
Name: Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek
Pillar: The Spirit, The Body
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to heal through Psychosynthesis and create a meaningful life.
How they can help: Through various Psychosynthesis Techniques.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
As an immunologist, I donât have a problem living these or those times.
My family, my grown up children and grandchildren, also live normally and take care of a lifestyle and nutrition that promotes health in the truest sense of this word, on many levels.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic has no impact on me, as I have been working online for many years.
I often had clients from all over the world, and from here I mostly worked at Skype.
It has, as I see it, an extraordinary impact on customers who are intimidated, worried about themselves and their families, often the world.
They are incapable of dealing with their emotions, expect external solutions and follow them.
They do not listen to themselves, but deteriorate their emotional condition and thus their physical health.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
This social and global situation has clearly shown me that people need an immediate education in âself managementâ, otherwise they are preparing for their own downfall.
In such a situation, we need not only education, but also global therapy, including believe systems.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
After many years of scientific work in medicine, especially in immunology and clinical diagnostics (I did my doctorate in immunology and specialization in clinical diagnostics) I suffered a professional burnout.
I realized that there was no answer to my basic question in life: Why am I sick?
This was the turning point for my next path of life, the search for health patterns.
During this time, I came into contact with psychosynthesis in a management course at the Centre of Leadership and heard two important maxims that serve as a guide in my life from then on. They were:
1. You canât manage others until you learn to manage yourself.
2. You wonât discover new oceans if you donât let the shore out of your sight.
At that time, I started to study psychosynthesis, thanks to my American teachers from the Centre of Leadership: Prof. John Cullen and Dr. Vivian King.
Psychosynthesis showed me the way through its main principle: “If something comes on time, itâs education. If itâs too late,itâs a therapy.” Unfortunately, because of my traumatic childhood, I had to undergo years of medical treatment that proved to be ineffective, and therefore my interest and dedication to psychosynthesis, psychology with a soul.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest barrier I had to overcome was myself.
I grew up believing that help has to come from outside and that I have no part in it.
But when I was sick for years, despite the treatment, I realized that I knew myself best, and that no one had ever asked me about my family situation, childhood conditions, experiences, handling of emotions and stress.
And that was my biggest challenge.
Through psychosynthesis, I learned self management.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Psychosynthesis is unique because, through years of self awareness, I found to pose important questions for the health and understanding of the individual, so that he or she can understand his or her own life and health problems.
By working with intuition and imagination, I can see, hear, and feel more than the average person, and from here I can lead them in exactly the direction they need.
Psychosynthesis also has simple visualization techniques that help you see deeper and wider.
For this reason, the coaching process does not take months or years, but much shorter, so that it does not burden the client in terms of time and money.
Whatâs unique about your coaching approach?
The unique thing about my approach is that I dedicate myself to each individual and their problems.
This is not a general procedure.
Itâs about them, for them, including every individual experience of their.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
The biggest benefit for the customer is to âadapt to his needsâ, to get exactly what he needs, not just for the moment, but for years of his life.
Understanding oneâs own needs and approaching them means taking care of oneself, reclaiming oneself, âappropriatingâ oneself and what it has built up.
This realization that the âhere and nowâ is the moment when we can start doing it.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes, I use special psychosynthesis techniques.
This includes the entire system, which has proven to be particularly simple and effective for my customers.
Itâs like a remote control, a unified operating system that helps us understand ourselves, a metaphor for the inner theatre developed by my teacher Dr. Vivian King, which has proven to be sensational and revolutionary for well being and recovery.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Take care of yourself, take responsibility for yourself, every experience is meaningful and gives meaning to your life.
By understanding oneself and what has happened in life, there will be fewer suffering, sick, disabled, unhappy, unfulfilled, and more people who love themselves and others who care about the world.
We are creating health in ourselves, in families, in the community, and there will be no more competition, no more worries for others, and there will be coexistence, and we will work together, help others and create a better world.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
My biggest lesson wasnât during a pandemic, but when I was burnt out professionally.
Thatâs when I understood what it means to be responsible for myself, to take care of myself every day, and not only when you need an âambulanceâ, when you need help right away, because then itâs too late.
Your final thoughts?
Iâve been working with psychosynthesis for 27 years.
I taught children in school (they have incredible traumas), teachers, psychologists and school educators, managers and patients with autoimmune diseases.
And above all, I helped myself to decipher many diseases of civilization, including fibromyalgia, coronary heart disease, gastric and duodenal ulcers.
I wrote 54 books, several dozen scientific articles, and appeared at many scientific conferences in Poland and around the world.
What pleases me most are more and more scientific discoveries about traumatic childhood experiences and the consequences of physical illnesses that confirm my intuition and search for the causes of illness, not just alleviate symptoms.
This is already happening, and there is no denying it.
A healthy childhood, loving families and supported children, thatâs a healthy society!
