Nadine Moussa is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her client based approach.
She was part of the corporate world until she lost her best friend. Then she got a new perspective on life.
She started doing all the things she “didn’t have time” to do before and it helped her become the woman she is today. She specialises in countless disciplines.
Her approach is client focused and she makes sure to give undivided attention to each person she coaches. Here is what she said.
Name: Nadine Moussa
Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants support, guidance, empathy and undivided attention.
How they can help: Through various tools and modalities like GROW, Enneagram, and Happiitude activities just to name a few.
We are managing well considering all the changes, thank you for checking in.
The pandemic has negatively affected many with the rising levels of depression globally.
Personally I also became depressed for a while.
Relationships are the biggest treasure we have and we need to nurture them for them to thrive.
Well, I started in corporate marketing for a little over a decade, which I enjoyed and learnt loads.
After a break, I moved in business development and here my role as company coach came into play.
At the time, I realized I enjoy more working with people and seeing their eyes shine when they start connecting the dots.
A couple of years ago, there was a restructure and it was time for me to move on.
This was not easy.
When I lost my best friend to cancer, it was a wake up call for me to move ahead in life, as I went into a depression as I identified myself with my corporate role.
I started to see the silver lining, it was time for me to do all the things I wanted to do and never had the time with corporate life.
Today I wear many hats all with the underlying passion to inspire people to reach their potential, Authorpreneur, Speaker, Mentor, Happiness Coach, Ennegram Practioner, Facilitator promoting Transformation, Diversity and Inclusivity, Growth Mindset, Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Overcoming lymphoma, a type of cancer, when I was 31 and coming out reborn with a completely different perspective and philosophy to life.
I am grateful for that testing time as it has made me a better person, helped me to get back on track with who I really am.
By continuously learning and reading about new tools, techniques.
Investing in my personal development is a priority for me.
My inherent ability to connect with my client, read unspoken vibes and listening attentively.
Undivided attention, empathy and support. Lifelong connection.
GROW, Enneagram, Happiitude activities among other relevant tools and models.
Love yourself first and be your biggest cheerleader everything else will fall into place.
Never compare yourself to another person, compare yourself to yourself, as you can always improve.
There is always a silver lining in a cloud, the question is do you see it or do you need support to see it?
Reach out to me if you need my support and guidance.
