Everyone is doing great and better than before the Pandemic started.
Everyone was affected by the pandemic.
I would say uncertainty being the top fear.
Over time and three years into the pandemic life has started to level out again for all.
The pandemic affected me in many ways.
A seven year relationship ended a month into the pandemic.
My world was tossed upside and I had to recreate myself.
Cherish each day and make the best of where I am at in life.
I am a Navy veteran with a degree in Business Management Accounting, with a minor in Business Software Applications.
I have been self employed since 1990 primarily as a business coach or consultant.
In 2003 I became certified as a Life Strategies Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist.
I have always believed and chose first eastern philosophy and medicine over western when applicable. Probably due to living in Thailand from age 10 to 13.
This is where my unique approach was born.
Overcoming low self esteem.
Being a voracious researcher, I am always searching for what’s out there in a plethora of areas.
With an upbeat, animated, witty and funny personality coupled with perpetual optimism I bring a lot to the table for my clients.
Making life strategies coaching a portion of my business coaching practice via 5 step process.
