Jamie Baburek is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her wisdom and professionalism.
She is a seasoned coach and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Maine. With a client centered and strength based philosophy, she not only offers coaching but infuses it with a touch of cheerleading, creating a holistic and uplifting experience.
Her journey into coaching began as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsel and Certified Clinical Supervisor, bringing a rich background in mental health to her practice.
She has a unique approach to coaching. What sets her apart is her eclectic and out of the box thinking, incorporating diverse expressions such as art, dance, and music into her coaching methodology. Here is what she said.

Absolutely.
A theme with my clients was Imposter Syndrome and increase in anxiety.
Personally, it significantly increased my anxiety, which I’m continually working to control through mindfulness and grace.

The loss of my grandmother.
She was a pillar to her community, a coach, a confident, the most kind hearted woman.

I am eclectic and think outside the box.

I love using the wheel of life with my clients. It allows us to gauge where they are at in different life domains.
Everyone pause, take a deep breath, think of something you’re thankful for, exhale, and be kind humans.
Grace by grace. You give grace, you will receive it in return. Also, this too shall pass.
