Her coaching approach is pretty unique. She highlights her transparency and willingness to share her own life experiences. She sheds light on the benefits her clients gain: a profound understanding of self, a love independent of external judgments, and the skills to navigate life’s challenges.

She actively conquered self doubt and embraced a rejuvenated mindset, catalyzing her personal transformation. First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My family and I are doing great and have no need to complain, God has truly been good to us and keeps us.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I believe the pandemic affected everyone somehow, but I like to say, “Find the positive in the midst of a difficult situation because there is always some!”

The pandemic allowed me to return to school to take a few courses, such as midwifery, life coaching, divorce coaching, and business administration degree.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Allow nothing to stop you from being and doing what God has called you to do, even if you have to do it while wearing a mask!

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

When I pursued becoming a life coach, I was already an Apostolic Midwife (Christian spiritual life coach) inside the church.

Still, I also wanted to advance outside of the church, adding Biblical principles to my coaching origination.

Did I need to become a Certified Professional Life Coach?

No, but I wanted to gain the knowledge and take the extra steps to be taken seriously in what I love to do, and that’s motivating, encouraging, and inspiring others to “Become unapologetically” themselves in Christ Jesus.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of the biggest obstacles I had to overcome was believing in myself and not allowing people to tell me who I am and what I cannot do!

I lived life thinking and believing I was incapable of love, loving myself, feeling of inadequacy, low self worth, and feeling like I would never accomplish anything, so I took whatever came my way, but thank God for a renewed mind!

The Bible says, “So a man thinks, so is he,” and therefore, I had to change my stinking thinking into positive thinking, which has allowed me to overcome many obstacles in becoming who I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Becoming Unapologetically You, Inc., is an organization that is geared towards setting goals, motivation, encouragement, and inspiration.

This organization is licensed to counsel under ministerial licenses.

We are trained in communication, interpersonal skills, spiritual, emotional, and psychological listening skills.

We are advocates who provide services that help individuals work on their goals for the future and create a new life path.

We work with the individual to identify the problems they may be facing, and we don’tdon’t want the individual to feel as if someone is trying to fix them or tell the individual, what to do.

The person needs to be and feel in control of their decisions, and we are here to allow them to feel and know that they are understood.

However Coach RAMIirez will push her coachees until they say otherwise!

It is her duty to fight for the brokenhearted and to advocate for women just like you, she can and will be relentless when it comes to her coachees giving birth to purpose.

She is called to cultivate, equip and to empower!

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I am transparent and don’t mind sharing my life mishaps with others, we’ve all made mistakes and still have room to grow and improve.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

After a client works with me, my goal is that the individual will clearly understand who they are for themselves versus what others want them to be or become.

They know they are loved beyond what they have experienced or may have been told with a clear understanding of what they want out of life, with long lasting skills and solutions to identify and overcome any obstacles they may face.

As a life coach, I want to ensure that realistic goals are set and achieved before my client decides it’s time to be pushed out of the nest.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I keep notes they may have written to themselves, their introduction intake sheet, vision boards, follow up emails, texts, or calls, etc., and reassure the client by being transparent and letting them know I am always here when needed.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would use my megaphone to tell people daily to be unapologetically themselves in Christ Jesu because there is only one you, and no one can rock you the way you do!!

You were called to be like everyone else.

You are called to be you, so be you without regard and be you unapologetically!!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

One of the most incredible things I’ve learned in life is that everything has a purpose, a lesson, and happens for a reason, and amid life’s ups and downs, it’s my job to learn what needs to be discovered amid adversity and stillness.

Your final thoughts?

Here are ten final things I would like to say;

  1. There is always another option, you don’t have to stay stuck.
  2. Confidence comes from taking action, having faith, and getting out of your comfort zone.
  3. Clarity comes from executing the goals you set in place.
  4. Trust the process! The process is where you will learn and grow.
  5. Ask for help, it’s ok.
  6. Be flexible, things happen.
  7. Mistakes can be a BLESSING!
  8. Whatever you’re not changing, you’re choosing
  9. Your thoughts create your reality
  10. If you want to change your LIFE, change your MINDSET!
