We are doing well.
We continue to adjust to the changes, but that’s what life is about.
It’s ever changing.
This is out of our control.
The key is to learn to adapt, ride the waves.. if not, we can get stuck.
The pandemic did effect my clients where they had to learn self care, and how to manage being confined at home.
They were under a lot of stress.
This is when my business took off.
People were forced to see things in a different way, and find ways to navigate.
For me, the pandemic was a major turning point in my life.
I had left a significant relationship, so I was isolated for months, I was forced to go into deep reflection.
This is when I built a strong relationship to myself and this growth took me to the next level.
I practiced mindfulness and mediation every day.
I took workshops on line.
I learned the skill of self mastery.
I strengthened my Faith.
It has been life changing.
I think for everyone the lesson was valuing life, our health and cherishing those we love.
The lesson is to learn to be ok with being alone and discovering who you truly are and what is important in your life.
That this is where the real growth comes from.
Self reflection allows us to recognize the patterns in our life and gain clarity on what we truly want.
Building this connection to self and your higher power is where the real peace, power and joy resides.
Within.
Everyone looks for the external, when it’s our inner world that matters most.
I also learned that love and good health is the most important thing in our life.
Period.
After experiencing many challenges both personally and professionally throughout my life, I decided to get my power back and take control of my life again.
I recognized there were unhealthy patterns in my personal life and I also experienced burnout and overwhelm when I was in corporate which affected my health and well being.
When I finally landed on my feet, I decided I wanted to help others who were going through similar challenges.
I’ve always enjoyed teaching and training, so with all the skills I learned I could now help others.
I would say the most challenging is self acceptance.
Being able to overcome past mistakes and not allow it to hold you back, recognizing life is about learning lessons and our personal evolution.
When we do the inner work we realize that our choices in life are based off earlier influences in our lives and we can become greater versions of ourselves from understanding.
I customize my approach to coaching with my clients based on their specific needs.
I am always staying updated on new perspectives and methods of sharing information that can benefit them.
I walk beside them on their journey, helping them to navigate their biggest challenges and obstacles.
When I work with my clients, there is a unique healing and energizing experience that takes place that gives them the motivation to move forward.
I am intuitively guided.
I know how to work with clients based on my life experiences and the teachings and knowledge I have acquired have given me the understanding to help and support others.
My clients are able to set boundaries for themselves.
They learn to honor their well being by making choices that are best for them.
This enforces self love which allows them to become more confident and empowered in their life.
They learn self acceptance, how to handle life’s challenges and are able to navigate through their life with more ease and joy, becoming their highest self.
I use a variety of tools depending on the client and their particular situation and personal goals.
I use different worksheets that help them to process, organize, and also to manifest what they desire.
I’m a big on journaling and affirmations, and daily routines.
And I am also an advocate for daily practices including meditation and various mindfulness techniques.
That anyone is capable of overcoming life’s most difficult challenges.
You create your life with your thoughts, words and actions.
Find the right support, coach, community, it’s extremely difficult to do it alone.
Listen to your intuition.
Plain and simple.
We can’t change anyone, or change the world.
We can only concentrate on what we have the most control of, and that is ourselves.
