Tebello Mojaje is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her resilience and passion.
Her journey into coaching began in high school, where her innate talent for guiding others through life’s challenges first emerged. From being dubbed a “therapist” by her mother to honing their skills in personal development, resilience, and growth mindset, she dedicated herself to empowering others to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential.
Her approach emphasizes presence and non judgment, creating a safe space for clients to explore and grow. Reflecting on her own struggles with bullying and identity, she brings a depth of understanding and empathy to her coaching practice. With a focus on transformation and providing clients with the tools to navigate life’s challenges independently, she ensures that every interaction yields tangible results.
Her innovative coaching style and commitment to empowering others is as unique as her. She equips clients with the mindset and resources needed to thrive. From identifying obstacles to fostering resilience, she facilitates lasting change, leaving clients with a sense of purpose and direction. Here is what she said.
