First, condolences to the families who lost family members during the pandemic.
So many lives were lost, and many suffer either from the side effects of the vaccine or experiencing secondary symptoms of the virus.
With just this reason only, we are blessed and counting on our blessings.
The pandemic created a new era in our modern day lives.
I remember how dreary I felt when my children came home as school was closing indefinitely, and turned into remote learning.
I remember thinking, the last thing they needed was more screen time!
But as the law of this universe goes, we experienced the dichotomy of this global disaster.
We were bonding tighter as a family, boys were becoming more proficient with their knowledge of computers.
And I actually had a legitimate reason to rest to my heart’s content.
The boom of zoom and webinars created new facets of learning possible and erased the stigma of not being as sufficient.
My children missed friends, but online community and game time made up for it.
All in all, we are glad to be on the other side of it.
Yes it did.
As you remember, the first two years, there was no contact.
Clients and I were no exception to that.
When the restriction reduced, we were able to work with the mask on.
Of course hand washing was a vigilant practice.
Love.
It was love on a global level.
Yes. It was true too, there were so many hate crimes left and right as we witnessed on social media, on TV, in the neighborhood levels, and so on.
But just as these crimes were rampant, we also experienced love and care first hand, not only in the community with those hardest working personnel such as workers at the grocery stores, delivery men, garbage collectors, nurses and doctors putting their own lives in the front line, tirelessly working to save lives.
On the global level, countries were donating masks and goods to all over the world.
The pandemic taught me that love prevails.
Thank you for the Opportunity.
I am a spiritually attuned empath, a healer with energy activated hands, and a master practitioner of integrative healing arts modalities including yoga therapy.
And now, I have taken a role as spiritual life coach, combining the expertise of my hands on skills, as well as being a clairsentient, and a claircognizant.
Plus the experiences of the past, as I am a survivor of an infant and child abuse and sexual abuse, transpired into a healer, not only for others, but ultimately healing myself.
And I say this proudly, because I came out to the other side of the tunnel of a very arduous self healing journey of life time.
My active self healing journey began by divine intervention 1996, when I altered my education to be a massage therapist.
Up until then, I knew I was in a lot of pain, but didn’t know how to process the emotional hurt that I was feeling, let alone the physical one.
I started talk therapy in my 20s, but I saw its limitations.
No matter how much I talked about it, the pain stored in my body was not going away.
Getting into the world of bodywork has brought not only immense amounts of knowledge of somato energetic relationships but ultimately a gift of self healing, transcending to the high realm of spirituality.
I used to have odd experiences that I remember clearly as early as 2, 3 years of age, which now I would call them as spiritual experiences.
A miraculous life altering event happened when I was 18, beating all the difficulties and challenges, I was given a chance to go to England.
That was back in 1989.
A lot has happened between then and now, involving my choices and connections in life.
Spirituality has the pivotal role both in my work and life.
I have been practicing meditation for over 30 years.
Back in January 2nd in 2023, deep in the meditation, sudden knowing simultaneously occurred.
It was a moment when my ego self came to meet the spirit within me (spirit self).
This unique experience was so profound!!!
If I would describe, initial recognition of the spirit self merged in the heart center and throughout my body, as if every cell of my body was embodying this spirit.
I felt connected with everything and one with the universe.
While being awed by this experience, an awareness came, that this spirit is pure energy of love.
That I am love and I am a part of the Source Love.
And by way of this love is how this universe operates.
This was my awakening moment.
From then on, it was only a matter of time that my ego self came to an alignment with the plan of the universe for me practicing love and compassion.
I came to an awareness of the mission and the purpose of why I came to Earth, and why I had to undergo the hardest experiences in this lifetime.
And it was to appreciate love.
And in order to truly appreciate love, I needed to experience lovelessness.
All of the experiences were lessons for me to learn and transmute hatred, anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, greed, jealousy… all of that into love, compassion, kindness, joy, selflessness, and empathy.
I come to realize, my life is no longer about me but to share and practice this love and practice compassion through my healing abilities.
To reach out to those who are in need of love the most, the most disadvantaged, abuse survivors: child abuse, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, trauma survivors, and so on.
I was naturally drawn to work with survivors since I shared their experiences.
What was once a curse, became a blessing and special advantage.
Survivors could relate to me and I to them.
I started a podcast on YouTube last year as an effort of community outreach, sharing my experiences of the past, and the ongoing progression of my healing journey into the future.
I am currently working on a few coaching programs that will enable me to go beyond one on one, and outreach at a community and global level, as a speaker for the cause.
By far, it was myself.
I struggled for the longest time, with limiting beliefs of myself, self sabotage, most of all, lack of self love.
That is a great question.
First of all, it starts with me.
The words of wisdom ‘live what you preach’ indicates, it is all about self love.
Without knowing and practicing self love, I won’t be able to authentically offer spiritual coaching to others.
The practice of self love is the ability to say ‘No’.
It is an acquired ability.
It is about setting clear boundaries with others including the self.
Survivors have no or very little abilities when it comes to recognizing this nobility.
Therefore, they fall into a victimhood because of the circumstances and often unknowingly.
The other component is my background as a hands on Healing Arts therapy practitioner.
The foundation of my work is to assist my clients aline with their own healing frequencies so that clients are able to release trauma based energy cysts, energy blocks, and energy imbalancing.
These energy cysts, blocks and imbalances manifest into many maldies in our being.
Clients undergo Holistic integration of therapies, and experience true synergic healing of body, mind, emotion, and spirit, the four pillars of healing.
This process enables clients their own self awareness of being.
One step closer to commune with their spirit self.
During the session, we will uncover traumatic memories of the area being released.
We will converse while I facilitate the session.
I often channel messages upon releases of the energy cysts, either from the universe or their spirit self, resulting in harmony of body, mind, emotion, and spiritual aspects, once again the four pillars of healing.
Clients may have emotional releases in physical manifestations, such as sensation of weight being lifted, tingling, shaking, warmth, hot or cold sensations, laughter, tears, energetic awareness, etc.
These experiences result in a sense of peace, communing with their deeper self or spiritual self.
Being able to work with energy allows me to facilitate a session remotely.
Foremost uniqueness about my coaching approach is bringing the client’s awareness of their energetic state on the physical level.
Being guided, often, clients are able to communicate with their physical body, and pain and suffering that the body is experiencing.
This is how the self healing process occurs.
The practice of spirituality comes from the desire to deeply know oneself.
Clients working with me, not only get relief of physical discomfort, but they also gain deeper awareness of self, uncovering what are hidden to them.
A step closer to discovering their spiritual self, rejoicing in Peace.
Peace is a very important emotional component for abuse survivors.
Yes.
It is breath.
The must tool, to ground oneself and to go within.
I guide clients with it.
It helps clients quickly go into a meditative state.
See the world through their eyes!
This is a practice of compassion and kindness.
Treating others how you want to be treated.
The world will be a better place if one more of us lived this way, as we all have the ability to live with love and kindness.
This is a hard question since there are so many, as I have mentioned a few above.
But if I have to choose one, it has to be Surrender.
Surrendering to the Divine, the universe.
It is because one has to let go of a desire for control in order to not only attain peace, but to experience true miracles orchestrated by the universe.
As the wise saying goes ‘Let go and let God’ fit this description.
Me getting out of my way, so that the Divine can work its magic.
Often, the abuse starts early in one’s childhood, during the developmental phases of our lives.
The survivors often do not have even a concept of it being abused at such young ages.
As adults, what they feel is pain, but often do not know why.
Abuse truly corrupts the sense of self in the soul level.
While all survivors suffer, only a few break free from the suffering of what is done to them.
Those few have a sincere desire and dedication to heal, self knowing that leads to uniting with spirit self, being one with the Divine.
