I started my journey over 15 years ago when I switched to a plant based raw food lifestyle.

I founded Raw Foodiest with the mission to help people transition from processed and cooked foods to a raw, plant based lifestyle.
Over the years, I’ve coached countless individuals, helping them tap into the healing power of nature.
My biggest obstacle was letting go of traditional ideas about food and health that were ingrained in me.
It wasn’t easy to shift my mindset away from cooked and processed foods, but once I did, it completely transformed my life.
