Olayinka Balogun is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his dedication and resilience.
His story is truly inspiring, in fact, we can say that only few stories are as inspiring as his. With 13 years of experience, he’s transformed his passion for fitness into a thriving career, all starting after an early exit from professional football due to a knee injury. This setback, which could have derailed his dreams, instead ignited a new purpose: to help athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and gym owners overcome their own challenges and achieve their goals.
His mission was inspired from a very human and graceful idea, if he cannot be a professional athlete anymore, he damn sure can help others achieve that goal and make their dreams come true. What sets him apart is his innovative approach to fitness. Combining personalized workout plans with cutting edge technology like wearable gadgets, he ensures that each client gets a tailored experience.
His coaching goes beyond physical training, focusing on nutrition, recovery, and even mental health, creating a holistic path to long term success. His unique ability to inspire and motivate his clients has earned him praise for helping them adopt a “never say never” mindset, pushing them toward not just short term wins but lasting change. It was a good decision I made in my life because after the pandemic and the quarantines, I had a lot of money in my bank account.

My fitness coaching career all started when I quited football as a soccer athlete.
l left the football profession so early due to a Knee injury.

I will say my frequent knee injury problem that took me out of my football career at an early age.
The injury made me resilient and stronger than I thought possible.

I designed a personalized program tailored specifically for my client needs, preference, and fitness levels by using a fitness accessment to create a unique workout plan.
I also integrate technology by giving them a wearable gadget that tracks their progress.
Online, or via the virtual world is another means of reaching out to my clients.
Constantly educating my clients about nutrition, recovery, science behind the workout routines.
I love to build a fitness community.
Finally, mindfulness and mental health is another important thing that I usually work on with my client.
