Joanna Krzastek is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her professionalism, passion, and faith.
She believes 100% in what she teaches and that makes the whole difference. At just 36 years old, she has devoted over a decade to personal development, transforming her life from the inside out. What began as a personal quest to overcome betrayal, doubt, and life’s toughest challenges evolved into a mission to help others find clarity and empowerment.
She faced few challenges on her path, but that’s what made her who she is today. Through a pivotal choice to take responsibility and grow rather than succumb to victimhood, she discovered not only her resilience but also a calling to guide others on similar journeys.
She has a truly unique coaching style. It’s as unique as her story. She is blending proven methods like NLP, CBT, and REBT with a deeply intuitive approach that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. By helping clients master their emotions, shift perspectives, and cultivate self awareness, she empowers individuals to break free from stagnation and embrace lasting change. For her, transformation isn’t just a goal, it’s a way of life, and her passion is to share this mindset with the world. Here is what she said…

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
I’m doing good after the pandemic and so is my family.
Many Pandemics happened way before I was even born and humanity still exist, so my family and I try not to fall into fear and scarcity mindset.
We adapt and do a lot of research and make the best decision for ourselves for our health and other reasons.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The coronavirus pandemic affected me for the first two months when it all started, eventually everything started to pick up again.
At the beginning of the pandemic everyone was fearful and scared, since we had no idea what we were dealing with.
As time went by, we received more information about the virus and how to handle it properly.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The biggest lesson I learned during the pandemic is always do your own researc,h listen to both sides of the story and decide which risks you are willing to take.
Always take you vitamins even though a pandemic isn’t happening.
Adapt to what is happening in the world.
The world is constantly changing and you need to adapt to it, always be on guard, that way you are prepared if something like a pandemic would happen again.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’m 36 year old.
I devoted myself to personal development for the last decade in all areas of my life.
Previously, I owned a different business while working and exploring the inner work on myself.
In the last year, I decided to get into coaching, since I put so much work and effort in myself the wisdom gained through the process is definitely worth it.
The reason I decided to get into personal development was going through a crisis in my life, so I had a choice: either I play victim or finally take responsibility for my life and choices.
I decided to make myself better.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Betrayal and doubt were definitely my biggest obstacles in life that I had to overcome.
The reason is when you’re going through it, the number of emotions you experience and the knowledge you acquire by learning what is happening to you can be very overwhelming.
The process didn’t happen in a day, it took months to finally forgive and understand why it happened.
I wouldn’t be coaching today if those experiences never happened.
I must say, that experience no matter how painful it was, it was the biggest blessing in my life.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I help clients look at life from a different perspective.
Sometimes we can have a fixed mindset on situations that are happening in our lives, sometimes that isn’t the case.
I encourage my clients to have a growth mindset.
We, humans, are eternal students no matter the age, we can always learn something new.
I also like to teach my clients self awareness, how our mind and emotions work…
Understanding how your body functions is crucial.
The moment you master you mind and emotion, you can take on the world and make a change.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I help clients understand how you function, body, mind, and spirit.
I feel that we were always told to focus on the external world, constantly, and never on our inner world.
The inner world is crucial because if you don’t know who you are and what you stand for, then you are another robot in this world, doing the same everything every day.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Once you understand who you are and what you stand for, then you can make that change.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Depending on their goals and what issues they are facing, I usually deliver results by explaining the process and how long it will take.
If I can’t help the client (since I don’t have the solution towards the client), I would be honest with them and refer the client to someone who can help with the expertise in the area that’s in question.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes, I use Neruo Linguistic Programming (NLP) processes, such as recoding, reconstructing, changing, and anchoring techniques.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
No matter what happens to you, don’t let it change you!
Never give up on yourself, no matter how hard life tries to destroy you.
Be resilient, have faith that one day it will get better no matter how the long the process because you are worth it.
Don’t become bitter and resentful and choose to be good and make good choices, be the light in this dark world.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I learned in life is the I have a CHOICE.
This is true freedom, having the choice to live my life according to my values and my needs, not my parents, or friends, or societies expectations.
Knowledge is power, applied knowledge is freedom.
Your final thoughts?
Know your worth!
You are more powerful than you think.
You are here to live the life you deserve, with a little work and help you can achieve your dreams.
By becoming your greatest version, you create a ripple effect and you are an example to others that it is possible.
Life is simple.
We just need overcome the doubt and unworthiness.
