Martina Vachajova is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and resilience.
Her journey into professional coaching was a calling rather than a career choice. From a young age, she was the go to person for advice, always seeming to have the right words to inspire and support those around her. When the pandemic led to unexpected layoffs, she seized the opportunity to turn this innate gift into a full time profession, helping others navigate life’s challenges and their wellbeing with clarity and confidence.
Her tribulation of overcoming personal fears of failure and acceptance was a pivotal part of her growth, shaping her empathetic and adaptable coaching style. In a world overflowing with conflicting information, especially in health and wellness, she emphasizes continuous learning to stay ahead of the curve.
Her coaching is pretty straight forward. By offering fresh perspectives and guiding clients to see their situations in a new light, she empowers individuals to make informed, confident choices in their lives. Here is what she said…

Thanks for asking, all is good.
The pandemic seems like ages ago to me now.
This period affected all of us, in one way or another.
Some people changed priorities, others learned to appreciate the small things in life, or it marked a complete wake up call in how they go about their lives.
Everyone has their own story in how we’ve been affected.
The irreplaceable importance of human connection.
In short, I’ve always been the go to person for advice, even from a young age.
I seemed to naturally have the right answers or guidance for others.
When my employer announced layoffs during the pandemic, I decided to pursue this path professionally.
It is difficult to pin point one lesson I consider the most difficult.
But perhaps, overcoming my fears of failure and of not being accepted for who I am.
This was probably the most difficult one for me.
The world is changing quickly, no question about that.
One needs to be up to date with how the needs of people are changing and adjust accordingly.
People became more educated in the field of health and nutrition, but also, quite confused at the same time.
The overflow of information can be very difficult to navigate, and one doesn’t know what to believe and who is really speaking the truth.
Therefore, a process of ongoing learning, studying is a must.
That is the question my clients should be answering. 😊
Based on the feedbacks, I provide different perspectives to the life situation they are in, and bring them to see things differently.
No, not necessarily.
I use technologies broadly available, but most importantly my abilities, knowledge and experience in my field.
There is no future in fostering division, separation, or judgment based on our differences.
We should strive to rise above our varying opinions and beliefs, recognizing that, in the end, we truly need each other.
Life can change in an instant, and living in anger and hatred is a waste of precious time.
Instead, let’s focus on building bridges that connect us, embracing tolerance and acceptance.
We do not need to agree on everything, but by understanding and appreciating our differences, we can create a more harmonious and supportive world.
Every act of kindness and every effort to understand one another makes a difference.
This is a tough one, and I am not sure I have the answer.
Perhaps the realization that everything can be taken away from us in a blink of an eye, and I mean really everything, possessions, people, life.
Therefore, we should choose our battles wisely.
Life can be very hard at times, but we should never give up and we should seek for help.
No storm lasts forever.
