Name: Rajesh Hari

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Senior level professionals aged 36 to 45 who are navigating complex life and business conflicts.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques to help his clients develop a vigilant mindset and achieve top performance.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing great, as it is a great blessing to get back to life itself after the pandemic.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic didn’t affect me much, but for some clients, it really did.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Life is a blessing, and we shouldn’t grumble over small things.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a mechanical engineer from a top college, but I was average at work with spurts of brilliance.

Then, I faced certain death and am grateful to have survived and bounced back.

I received the Best Career Counselor Award from the Big 5 at the age of 34, went on to become a VP at 39, and then, after a few years, decided to become a volunteer.

Later, I became a Vigilant Mindset Mentor Coach for high performance.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I passed some tough exams, faced certain failures in my profession, survived near certain death, and repeatedly bounced back.

Finally, I am able to live on my own terms.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Each client has a unique set of problems and high conflicts, and I tailor my approach based on the most effective and reliable way for them.

I have six extraordinary case studies in my book where I probably didn’t have expertise but still delivered results for my clients.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I believe that if you are vigilant, you can achieve in a few days what would otherwise take years.

I have achieved this with 50+ clients.

My coaching first starts internally to bring change, and over time, a vigilant mindset develops.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Top performance leads to a bold and beautiful life.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use my expertise and experience to diagnose deeply and then fix the issues.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Start winning over yourself like a crawling tortoise in the beginning, and with time, you will become an unstoppable eagle soaring high.

You need aspiration, will, and vigilance.

That’s all.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

If you are vigilant, you can change every circumstance in your life.

Your final thoughts?

You start to win if you stay positive, have an aspiration to be vigilant, and apply your will, even when facing unsteadiness, time conflicts, and priority struggles.

You will win in 14 weeks.
