The pandemic was a challenging period for everyone, but it also reinforced the importance of resilience, mental well being, and holistic health.
My family and I have adapted by prioritizing self care, mindfulness, and community support.
Personally, it deepened my commitment to mental health advocacy and coaching.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic heightened stress, anxiety, and lifestyle related health issues among my clients.
Many struggled with isolation, work and life imbalance, and fear.
It reinforced the need for mental health support and resilience coaching.
For me, it was a turning point.
I expanded my focus on digital health coaching and mental health awareness through my foundation, MHCF, and Coach Dr. Mahmud.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Mental health is as crucial as physical health.
Adaptability and digital solutions are vital in healthcare.

I am a medical doctor and public health specialist with a passion for empowering individuals through health and life coaching.
My journey into coaching began when I realized that traditional medicine alone wasn’t enough to address lifestyle related health issues.
I pursued certifications from Mindvalley, Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd, Certified Flourishing Life Coaching, Coach Foundation, Harvard Medical School Online, Lifestyle Prescription University, and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, integrating coaching with medical expertise to help people transform their lives.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
One of my biggest challenges was balancing medical practice with my passion for coaching.
Initially, many questioned the shift from clinical medicine to coaching.
However, overcoming skepticism and proving the power of integrative health and mindset coaching shaped my mission today.
