There are 2 journeys that shaped my life and career direction:
Journey 1. From Searching a Job to becoming LinkedIn’s Top Coaching & Mentoring Voice 2024
My first journey is from my job search and career transition to being recognized as LinkedIn Top Coaching and Mentoring Voice in 2024 and Top 10 Female Coaches Making an Impact in 2024.
During my career transition many years ago, I worked as a career coach at Pine Street Inn and JVS in Boston.
Both organizations had job search programs for motivated professionals.
These experiences had a pivotal effect on the direction of my career.
My career journey and the complex challenges that my job search program participants (at Pine Street Inn and JVS) managed and overcame inspired me to create my award-winning coaching program: FastTrack2YrDreamJob.
I created this program to help professionals land their dream job in the shortest path.
2. From Behind The Iron Curtain to a Life In The Free World
My 2nd journey is based on my observations as the child of immigrants.
I was born in the United States.
I observed life behind the Iron Curtain for the many summers that I spent as a youngster and young adult traveling with my family to Budapest, Hungary.
Creating their new life in the U.S., I witnessed my parents’ resilience, adaptability and determination.
My observations spending summers in Budapest shaped my mindset and perspectives on goal setting, taking initiative, and overcoming obstacles with faith and persistence.
These 2 journeys have shaped me deeply!
I am grateful for every challenge along the way and all of the ways that illustrated to me, the power of believing in my skills, impact, and passions.
It has enabled me to help guide professionals through the many challenges and frustrations of the job search toward achieving their career and life goals in the shortest path.
I’m filled with joy for the success stories that I’ve created and the financial security that my work has brought for each of my clients and their families, as my clients landed their dream jobs.
