First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
After the main course of the pandemic, things are definitely significantly tougher generally and in business.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic heavily affected my ability to network and gain consistent, returning clients, as well as over saturation of many markets, but not necessarily with quality services and products.
So lots of people are rightfully apprehensive when trusting people online.
I choose not to take it personally as a small soloprenuer who is a new face to many.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The lessons I personally learned during the pandemic were:
1. Idle love, care, and respect are significantly different when actively practiced, be it of self or another person.
2. Forgive them even if they aren’t apologetic, it’s for you not them.
3. Don’t let the negative things you’ve experienced steal your joy and make you bitter.
4. Happiness depends on your attitude and mindset towards life.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I assist passionate, self motivated individuals make the lifestyle and mindset changes necessary to experience genuine happiness, greater productivity, and a higher quality of life.
I, myself am passionate about spiritual, physical, and mental wellness and connectivity, as well as psychology and equitable changes, resource provision, and distribution to all.
I grew up in absolute chaos, traumatic experiences, and abuse, stuck and surrounded by people who are toxic to my own wellbeing…
Until I chose to want a different life experience and I was willing to do what I needed to without blaming anyone else for where I was (despite them having a direct hand or fault in my experience).
I had to see that I was allowing them to continue these behaviors by choosing to stick around for the wrong, misguided reasons.
I am also a psychology major and future therapist.
Mental health and healing have always played a large part in my life personally, my experiences with others, as well as finding the purpose for my life.
I truly live what I do and it’s simply a labor of love and care that lots of us, myself included, missed out on growing up, but it is what I would directly like to provide to others as an adult.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest obstacles that I have been able to overcome regarding who I am today, would have to be healing from several types of abuse and traumatic experiences, as well as learning to work with my perceived flaws and quirks, instead of actively working against them.
I also actively express more forgiveness, grace to myself and others, self love and outward unfiltered happiness and kindness.
And while it can rub some the wrong way, everyone isn’t meant for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
With my coaching clients specifically, I use psychological knowledge, therapy techniques, spiritual, mental, physical connectivity…
As well as information introduction, application, and self care in order to gain clarity, move forward for their best possible results, and increasing their internal happiness and overall quality of life.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I am deeply committed to the overall happiness and well being of others.
The techniques I use, the knowledge I share, and the actionable plans I offer have not only transformed the lives of my clients but have also played a pivotal role in my own personal growth.
Every method and practice I teach is something that has brought immense positivity and progress to my life.
I am here to share this abundance so that others, too, can experience the daily joy and fulfillment we all deserve.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
After working with me through either individual sessions or through a coaching program, my clients tend to see an increased feeling I overall happiness and wellbeing.
They report immense mindset transformation progress, as well as experiencing a higher quality of life in general, in addition to the abundance of reusable knowledge and wisdom provided.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I often create my own materials for in session use, but I also incorporate resources such as esoteric wisdom, personality tests and traits, the Wheel of Life, the Wheel of Complex Emotions, and many other customizable, reusable tools.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Forgive whoever hurt you and do the self improvement work it takes to heal, and regain clarity, greater productivity, and happiness!
Do the work and see the results, I believe in you!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
One of the greatest life lessons I have learned up to this point is that:
The truest form of internal happiness comes from within and is a choice that we must make, then actively put the lifestyle and mindset changes in place for the success of our happiness pursuits.
Your final thoughts?
Thank you so much for considering me for this wonderful opportunity and thank you to everyone trusting me as their coach.
Remember, being happy is a choice and while yes it is definitely hard work, it is the most worth it work I have done this far.
