She is a certified life, career, and transformational coach, and the founder of Forward Focus London. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to break through personal barriers and achieve lasting change. With a career rooted in guiding people through career transitions, personal development, and mindset shifts, she brings clarity, focus, and purpose to her clients’ lives.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

The pandemic brought its fair share of challenges to our well being and day to day life.

However, thankfully now, weā€™ve navigated our way through it, and we’re all doing well.

This experience has brought new awareness, clarity, and focus to our lives.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a certified life, career, and transformational coach (ACC, CPCC, ORSC practitioner), founder of Forward Focus London, and the author of Where the F**k Do I Go From Here?.

It’s an empowering self help guide to jumpstart your journey from feeling stuck to finding momentum.

In addition to coaching, I regularly contribute to magazines, speak at events, and provide coaching services on mental health platforms.

I also actively collaborate with an organization dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers for women in the workplace and promoting inclusivity for all.

I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve meaningful transformations in their lives.

Specializing in personal growth and career success, I guide clients through personal development, career transitions, and mindset shifts to help them realize their full potential.

With expertise in stress and burnout management, mindset shifts, and enhancing time management, communication, and boundary setting skills, I collaborate with clients to create personalized plans that foster clarity, focus, and purpose.

My approach balances well being with goal achievement, empowering clients to navigate challenges with resilience and perseverance.

Outside of my professional roles, I enjoy hiking, exploring world cultures, music, cooking, and holistic wellness, while balancing life as a mother, wife, and confidant.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Fear.

Fear of making mistakes, fear of being judged, and fear of saying no!

These fears held me back for a long time, but facing them head on allowed me to grow into the person I am today.

Confronting and overcoming them has shaped my resilience, confidence, and ability to empower others to break through their own barriers.

Often, we arenā€™t even aware of the whirlpool weā€™re caught in!

Eventually, I chose the direction I wanted for my life after understanding my purpose and my ā€œwhyā€ in life, so I wouldnā€™t fall back into old patterns.

I found the courage to pursue my new path.

With every setback, I bounced back quicker, armed with greater confidence.

Lifeā€™s challenges are inevitable, but Iā€™ve gained invaluable tools to navigate them with more ease.

It was still me, but with a refreshed outlook and new perspectives.

Gratitude, a positive mindset, and my ongoing spiritual journey have empowered me to become the person Iā€™ve always wanted to be.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I innovate in my coaching by blending proven coaching techniques and personalized strategies tailored to each clientā€™s unique needs.

Together, my clients and I co create customized exercises and action plans that promote self awareness and progress, all while keeping their goals and aspirations in focus.

By prioritizing mindset transformation, I help clients challenge limiting beliefs and embrace change.

I also integrate real life scenarios, enabling clients to immediately apply insights to their personal and professional lives.

This adaptive and flexible approach ensures that my coaching remains dynamic, impactful, and relevant to each individualā€™s evolving needs.

Accountability plays a key role in my coaching process in two ways:

1. Clients must be authentic and accountable with themselves, consistently practicing what weā€™ve discussed and co created in order to achieve their goals.

2. At the same time, I hold them accountable for their progress, experiences, and learnings.

While coaching creates awareness in the clients, the ultimate responsibility for implementing solutions and doing the work lies with them.

My coaching approach combines proven techniques with The Feel, Felt, Found technique, helping clients connect with their emotions and find clarity to move forward with confidence and actionable insights.

I also use the Quantum Leap technique, which shifts energy and mindset by visualizing success as if it’s already achieved, empowering clients to take bold action toward their goals.

Additionally, I encourage a no regrets mindset, viewing every experience as part of a learning curve.

This helps clients become more conscious and aware of their behavioral and emotional patterns.

Together, these elements promote personal growth and build resilience.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that life is a journey.

Trust the process, even when times are tough.

Every experience offers lessons, and by embracing them, no matter how uncomfortable they make you feel, you can redefine your path and reshape the blueprint of your life.

This understanding has helped me build resilience.

I’ve also realized that I have the power to choose… what I want, who I want to be, and who I allow into my life.
