William Fenton is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his passion and experience.
His approach is refreshingly grounded in the belief that the tools for personal growth lie within each individual. Starting his coaching journey at 24, while balancing family life, he built a career rooted in teaching independence, self love, and the importance of living with purpose.
His natural gift for healing and clairvoyant abilities help him to guide others in tapping into their higher consciousness and discovering their true potential. Whether it’s helping them become confident, independent leaders or guiding them to uncover their life’s purpose, he makes sure that they have a safe space where they can be themselves.
His down to earth, no nonsense coaching style makes each session an empowering journey toward self discovery and personal transformation. Through a series of transformative “tower moments” in his own life, he learned to embrace change and use it as an opportunity for growth. Now, he uses those hard earned lessons to meet clients where they are, offering support at the pace that suits them best. Here is what he said…
Meet Life Coach William Fenton:
Name: William Fenton
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to overcome their challenges, heal energetically, and lead with compassion.
How they can help: By using his healing abilities, customized coaching, and creating a safe space where people can be themselves.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We are more informed, wiser and more prepared.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Since most of my clients are online, it didn’t affect my practice much.
However, the transition from public speaking to hosting podcast events was more fun.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Be patient and don’t let distractions from TV and social media interfere with your focus.
It also taught me how to connect with people in new ways.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
My career as a life coach began many years ago when I was 24, married, and had a 4 year old daughter.
We also had older kids, aged 18, 17, and 21, who would come over once a week for card night.
More importantly, I focused on teaching them to be independent and helping them build their “toolboxes” of street smarts.
I showed them how to see their purpose in life by living with their hearts and tapping into higher consciousness.
I was born a healer and a clairvoyant medium, and I used my gifts to empower them by healing their hearts, teaching them to love themselves, forgive the past, and focus on their life purpose.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Myself.
I went through 13 difficult years of learning to do things differently.
I experienced a few “tower moments” (those intense moments of change and revelation) but I learned to allow them to happen, understanding that the purpose of these moments was to reveal truth.
Through these experiences, I discovered who I truly was and why I had always been protected from things like spells, black magic, and voodoo.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Everyone has a unique path and purpose in life.
As a coach, it’s important to meet people where they are and guide them when they’re ready for each next step.
You can help them discover their life purpose, but if they’re not at the right level of readiness, it won’t resonate with them.
It’s essential to walk alongside them, taking baby steps, and offering support at the pace that’s right for them.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
Being down to earth and keeping things simple.
I don’t complicate things, instead, I create a space where people can just be themselves.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
I help individuals become strong, independent leaders who inspire and empower others through their own life stories, just as I did for them.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
All the tools are within.
I show my clients how to tap into them and use them on a daily basis to unlock their true potential.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You are never alone.
God is everywhere. He is that voice you feel within, guiding and supporting you through every step of your journey.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Respect people’s opinions and never judge.
Always follow your heart, and learn to love yourself first before loving others.
Be a leader by never being afraid to do things differently and embracing the uniqueness of your journey.
Your final thoughts?
As a Life Coach, we must be united with others and lead without ego.
We must be able to be a teacher, a student, a hand in need, and a shoulder to cry on.
We should be capable of carrying others through the fire and reminding them that no matter the mountain or hell they face, God is always there, guiding us all home.
My life was very hard, filled with abuse, near death experiences, and many things no one should have to go through.
But through it all, I had God, and that is all I needed.
