Theresa O’Malley is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and expertise.
She is a yoga and breathwork coach based in Green Valley, Arizona. With a Ph.D. in medical microbiology and certifications in Science of Stretch, Breathwork, and Fall Prevention, she merges science with practical wellness to help people over 50 reconnect with their bodies.
She didn’t have an easy path. However, that made her into the resilient woman and passionate coach she is today. Having navigated the challenges of a painful divorce while raising young children, she embodies resilience and empathy in her coaching. Her expertise isn’t just academic, it’s personal.
She has a mission: To show that “motion is medicine” and that true well being starts with understanding how we move and breathe. Her approach is lighthearted yet deeply rooted in science, offering clients not just improved physical health, but also a renewed sense of confidence and vitality. Through her guidance, they gain more than just strength, they rediscover the magic of breath and the power of movement. Here is what she said…
