My life goal is to help individuals grow and take advantage of all areas in their lives to live a healthy balanced life.

In my experience, I realized how little and tangible life experience I have. After doing research and putting it into practice for the last 10 years, growing as an individual, and experiencing the joyful nuances that we take for granted I realized I will be a work in progress for the rest of life; that is where my excitement and passion lays.

After growing a successful business, I recognized my lack of fulfillment and I decided to sell my business and to look at all areas of my life including the ones we choose to ignore because we fear. I want to work with individuals who are apprehensive in taking the first intimidating steps as well as the individuals who are looking to grow two, three, or five levels bigger than they are now. Balance is all about growth, no matter where you're starting from. The more balanced you are the greater you become as an individual.
